The Role

This role is an opportunity to be part of the senior leadership team for our ambitious and growing business. As Head of Neighbourhoods & Communities you will be responsible for the leading delivery of outstanding customer-facing services including housing management, community regeneration and estate management.  

To be successful in this role we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of leading and empowering teams to deliver continuous improvement in customer service delivery. You will have an excellent understanding of the regulatory and legal framework surrounding the delivery of housing management and other customer facing services in the Scottish housing context. You will have strong leadership skills, the ability to innovate and transform services to become more customer focused and deliver better value for money

Reporting to the Director of Operations you will be a key member of the Senior Management Team. You will work collaboratively with colleagues on all matters of corporate strategy and ensure that Maryhill Housing is an exceptionally customer focused, ambitious, dynamic and sustainable organisation.

On Offer

This is a permanent role, with a salary banding of £50,998 - £53,781 (EVH Grade 9 SM 6-8). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave, 15 days public holiday and access to a contributory pension scheme.
