The role:

•  Working with customers and frontline colleagues to understand the services they want to receive, and how we can better deliver them.
• Supporting our teams to deliver key projects on time.
• Attending strategic and operational meetings.
• Producing reports and presenting information.
• Supporting our Customer Experience directors.
• Other tasks as and when required, which can be tailored to build on your strengths and interests.

The ideal candidate:

•  An interest in social housing and passion for making a difference.
• Commitment to innovation, quality customer service and value for money.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience meeting deadlines and keeping organised.
• Good interpersonal skills and a ‘team player’ attitude.
• Good numerical skills and ability to analyse data.
• Experience engaging with customers to deliver positive outcomes.
