We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice within our Supported & Wellbeing team to support the management team and business development. As part of this role, you will work towards attaining a level 3 apprenticeship qualification.

The role:

  • Complete a range of administrative tasks within the specified time frame
  • Work directly with customers and customer-facing colleagues to ensure our Supported Living and Domestic Abuse services are developed with customers and capture their involvement.
  • Work towards a nationally recognised qualification, engaging with your tutors and completing work within timeframes
  • Flexibly support projects for varying time frames, gaining cross departmental experience.
  • Manage relationships with a variety of teams and colleagues, attending strategic and operational meetings as required and presenting information
  • Bring yourself to work, contribute to Stonewater’s strategic objectives and vision, by your skills, ideas and delivering on projects
  • Use casework management systems to produce management reports, and support services by carrying out quality control audits and feeding back

The ideal candidate:

  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Is computer literate
  • Willingness to undertake Business and Administration or Health and Social Care qualification / apprenticeship programme whilst completing work placements
  • Being engaged, enthusiastic, having the ability to work as part of a team and delivering excellent customer service
  • A range of effective communication skills.
  • Committed to working in a way that values diversity and inclusion
  • An understanding of social housing and a desire to improve the lives of others
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evening and weekend work as required.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
