The role

Responsible for the provision of an efficient, effective and high quality customer focused Housing Management service to the Rural Housing Associations (RHAs) and Midlands Rural Housing (MRH) whose geographical areas include Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.  To deliver a generic housing service to tenants and leaseholders that focusses on regular contact, speedy intervention on issues, and making a difference to our customers and communities.

The ideal candidate

• A good track record in delivering customer centred and effective services.
• Detailed operational knowledge and understanding of housing law, housing and leasehold management, income management  and ASB practice management.
• Experience and evidence of good partnership working and outcomes.
• Track record in delivering high performance and meeting set targets.
• A good standard of numeracy and figures, and able to prepare and interpret information and data accurately and judge, assess and act accordingly.
