DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Change Business Partner

Newcastle (Flexible UK based)
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary of £28,500 pa to £32,100 pa rising to £42,850 pa through length of service

We have a fabulous opportunity to be part of a team of 4 Operational Change Business Partners! The small and highly valued team are our go-to people to help us work out what needs to change, how we can do it and make sure the change makes a difference. Their logical and curious natures help us to get stuff done in the best way possible and ensures the implemented changes make a difference.
You’ll wear a different hat every day! Sometimes you’ll be a detective, sometimes you’ll be a facilitator, an innovator, a teacher, or a friend. No two days will ever be the same! You will influence and shape key business processes and support the business to provide better services for customers through great collaboration with operational colleagues and implementing brilliant ideas.

About you
You will have strong experience in critical thinking and analysis, being able to gather, structure and interpret conclusions from multiple sources of data, presenting recommendations for consideration. You’ll be able to demonstrate a great understanding of impact to business and customer and be able to influence project teams and business owners through a rational and logical approach.
You will be able to work in an ever changing environment and will have a ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to adopt agile ways of working and quick fixes to ensure the best result are achieved for customers.
It would be advantageous if you had good knowledge of what drives customer satisfaction and are able to translate this into requirements within the service and have experience of being able to own and drive customer service improvement through to a successful outcome. You’ll be a brilliant team player and will bring your own uniqueness and charisma with you as you’ll be joining a lively, innovative and driven bunch.

About the team

You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers. There are 4 of us in the team and we don’t just love to support our customers, we’re there for each other too! 
As a team we are passionate about making a difference for customers, adding value everywhere we go, and we will also challenge the status quo. We love a great conversation and good debate especially, over a baked good or a chocolate biscuit!

Where you’ll work and Working Hours
You’ll be office or home based for the majority of your time, however, our team come together approximately once a month, and you’ll be expected to join us.
It’s the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child’s school play, your partner’s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours!
