TristoneNash are pleased to have partnered up with Wales & West Housing Association to appoint 5 key members to their development directorate to play pivotal roles in helping them achieve their new build aspirations.

We are looking for:

1 x Land & Partnership Manager - £46,870 - £54,267 - North Wales

1 x Land & Partnership Manager - £46,870 - £54,267 – South Wales

1 x Development Project Officer - £33,714 - £37,554 - West Wales

1 x Development Project Officer - £33,714 - £37,554 – North Wales

1 x Development Improvement Officer - £27,502 - £30,460 North, West or South Wales

Key fundamentals of these roles will see the Land & Partnership Managers secure new opportunities to deliver homes for rent and sale through land purchases or partnering arrangements, and the

Development Project Officers will be leading from the front, managing and monitoring a range of projects through the design and planning stages, into contract and on site until residents are living happily in their new homes.

The Development Improvement Officer will help improve the way the development team work, making sure their processes and systems help to achieve the best outcomes for colleagues, partners and residents.
