Here at Trent & Dove we’re committed to our mission of “Transforming Homes, Lives and Neighbourhoods”. As a new Non-Executive Director, you’d be joining our organisation at an exciting time - the planning and development phase for our next 5-year Strategic Plan cycle. We’re looking for someone who can contribute strong, recent financial, accountancy, treasury or investment management skills and experience to help the Board in this process, and to shape and oversee the key strategic priorities for our organisation.  All our NEDs are a member of one of our Board Committees and, if appointed, you’d join the Board’s Audit & Risk Assurance Committee.

Who we are:

Trent & Dove is a Registered Provider of Social Housing (a “Housing Association”). For the past 20 years, we’ve provided quality, affordable homes for rent, lease or shared ownership across East Staffordshire, North West Leicestershire and South Derbyshire and we currently have over 6,300 homes under management. We’re a non-profit with social purpose - the profit we make is reinvested back into our organisation to continuously improve our services for customers and to support the work of our community partners and stakeholders.

Alongside the housing and ancillary support services we provide, we also have an ambitious new build growth and regeneration programme which aims to deliver circa. 3% new growth p.a.  Alongside our new build activities, we also have an active asset management and investment programme which seeks to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our stock to benefit our customers and ensure their homes are fit for the future.
