A vacancy has arisen for a Land & Partnership Manager within the Land and Partnerships team to facilitate the growth and sustainability to the South Wales area of operation.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The candidate will report into and will be expected to assist the Regional Partnerships Director in the pursuit and management of new land and partnering opportunities to facilitate the South Wales business plan and strategies and also assist in the marketing of the business to the wider business community.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The candidate will identify, evaluate and secure land for residential development and contribute to bid proposals and develop marketing material to promote the business.

The candidate will be expected to be the main interface for the South Wales’ client base (RSL’s, Local Authorities, Welsh Government, Consultants, Land Owners and Agents) and will be expected to gain a detailed insight into client’s business development plans and promote Lovell as a key Partner.

The candidate will also regularly attend networking events to promote Lovell throughout the region and host events and evenings as required and directed.

Lovell are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate person, who know the new build residential industry, preferably has experience of working within a development team for a RSL and has a sound base of technical knowledge.
