With a vision to improve the lives of our customers and communities, the Group is driving forward with its 2025 Strategy, which is focused on two pillars – Health and Wellbeing; and Economic Resilience.
We are now looking to recruit a Chair who will lead the Group Board to deliver against the Group’s 2025 strategy and ambitious growth objectives.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a large housing and care and support provider at a time of exciting change and opportunity for the future. We want to explore innovative ways to address the challenges that the organisation and its Customers face, both now and in the future.
We are looking for an experienced non executive director with the ability to provide excellent leadership of this large and complex organisation.
The successful candidate will lead, motivate and inspire the board and senior team; demonstrate strong business acumen and have a passion for customer service excellence. Experience of the housing or care and support sector will be a significant advantage, but applications will also be welcome from candidates with experience of other regulated sectors who can demonstrate a full understanding of the value of the work we do
All applicants must demonstrate how they would meet the demands of the role, share the values of the Group and show a commitment to serving our customers.
How to apply:
Applicants are asked to submit a copy of an up-to-date CV, which includes details of any Non-Executive positions held currently or previously, and any other relevant positions and experiences.
In addition, applicants should provide a supporting statement, outlining how they meet the essential criteria from the job description/person specification and their initial ideas about how they would approach the role.
Applications close 14th June
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to attend an interview subject to ongoing Covid 19 restrictions
