By 2040 Clarion aims to be the leading housing group for good quality, fit for purpose, well managed and sustainable homes.

To support this vision, we're currently recruiting for an experienced Graphic Design Manager to join the Clarion marketing function. This role will provide leadership to a team of two Graphic Designers and will grow and elevate the internal design function to reduce external design requirements while bringing additional digital design skills into the team.

We'll look to you to plan and lead the design function, delivering interesting, dynamic and professional creative output in order to promote Clarion as a leader in the sector. As the guardian of 3 brands, you'll be responsible for the development of interesting and relevant design concepts, graphics and layouts within a wide range of online and offline channels to communicate with residents.

We're seeking a graphic design professional with offline and online design experience, proven experience of growing a brand and of managing traffic through a busy design studio. You'll also have up to date industry leading software knowledge and a sound understanding of digital and print processes along with managing a photo and image library

The design function at Clarion is very busy and almost as importantly as having great creative skills, we are looking for someone with very strong organisational skills in order to manage the requests and traffic that comes through the team. We are looking for a strong leader who can advise internal clients on best practices along with being able to prioritise jobs successfully.

If you possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability and originality, and are able to interact, communicate and present ideas to colleagues of all levels, we very much look forward to hearing from you.

In return, we offer a highly competitive salary, a Group Bonus Scheme and other benefits, including a defined contribution pension matched up to 7.5% and generous life assurance. We also offer flexible and agile working for the majority of our employees.
