As HR Adviser you will help to drive operational excellence by providing a responsive customer focussed service.

No two days will be the same; we are looking for an individual who is happy to roll their sleeves up to help colleagues meet organisational objectives in our friendly, open working environment.

You must have experience in building rapport and effective working relationships with managers and employees, achieving results through  innovation, collaboration and being solution focussed, applying HR best practice to truly add value and deliver positive change every day.

You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver all HR processes, policies and systems that support and further the needs of the business. Providing comprehensive, pragmatic support to managers and employees with a can-do philosophy advising on a range of HR matters including recruitment, induction, performance management, absence management, pay and benefits as well as organisational and individual changes to terms and conditions, in line with NPH policies and procedures.

Possessing a sound understanding of current employment legislation, you will ideally be CIPD qualified (or part qualified) at Level 5 or have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
