Full Time 37 Hours – Fixed Term (6 Months)

An opportunity has arisen for a fixed term business analyst at Northampton Partnership Homes.  The organisation is responsible for managing over 11,000 homes across Northampton.

If you are an experienced Business Analyst who is customer focused, proactive and has experience of working on complex business change and IT Projects delivering real benefit, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us in improving services for tenants.

You will play a vital role in delivering Northampton Partnership Homes’ Corporate Business Change and Customer Service Programmes. You will be responsible for leading negotiation on the redesign of business processes and systems in order to deliver successful outcomes for customers.

When supporting projects, you will be working in partnership with our Project Managers and Business Systems Team to ensure the effective definition, scoping, development and delivery of a broad service, IT improvement and efficiency programme.

The post holder will need to have experience of methodically investigating, analysing and documenting business functions to successfully deliver multiple change projects and be able to lead stakeholder analysis and group activities to drive business change.

The post holder will need to be a customer focused individual who has analytical thinking and proven problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Northampton Partnership Homes is an arms-length management organisation (ALMO) that is responsible for the management of Council housing services.

From 5th January 2015, Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) has been managing the provision of all the housing services of Northampton Borough Council (NBC) related to its own stock.

NPH is an Arm’s Length Management Organisation that is wholly owned by the Council but has its own Board of Directors. It is a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) and is a not for profit organisation. This means that income will be put back into providing housing and housing related services.

NPH has been set up by NBC for an initial period of 15 years and is responsible for the following services:

  • Allocations and Lettings
  • Repairs and Maintenance
  • Housing Management, including dealing with anti-social behaviour
  • Tenancy Support
  • Tenant Involvement
  • Ecton Lane Park traveller site
