Policy & Service Development Co-ordinator
Salary Grade 7 i.e. £29,577 to
£32,234 per annum
Full time, Permanent – 37 hours per week
Position Reference: HSG0836P

Based at our offices in Queens Buildings, Potter Street, Worksop and reporting to the Strategic Housing Manager, you will be responsible for the effective development of housing policies, strategies and service improvements for the Council’s retained housing management functions.

The role is wide in scope and includes service and improvement planning, strategy and policy development, project management and business support and planning. 

You must have a clear understanding of social housing, including, performance management, policy and strategy development and service improvement.  A proven track record of partnership working is essential along with strong people, team and change management skills.  Experience of working within and managing multi-disciplinary teams across a range of functional areas is also essential.

Tenancy and Estate Manager
Salary Grade 9 i.e. £35,745 to £39,880 per annum
Full Time Permanent, 37 hours per week
Position Reference: HSG1076P

Based at our offices on Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop and reporting to the Tenant Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Tenancy & Estates Team to ensure that quality housing management services are delivered to our tenants, with a focus on making a real difference to their lives. 

The role involves tenancy and estates management, low-level anti-social behaviour, caretaking, tenant engagement, and the administration of garage sites and community centres.

You must have a clear understanding of social housing, a proven record of partnership working and experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams across a range of functional areas, coupled with experience of successfully achieving a range of challenging targets. 

We are looking for a collaborative and engaging individual with vision and creativity, and an enthusiastic desire to contribute to the development of a high performing Housing Service.   

You should have a good up to date knowledge of social housing and law, a working knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice, along with proven experience of delivering high quality services.   Strong influencing, negotiation and presentation skills will be critical to success in the role.
