Senior Customer Relationship Advisor

Who we are looking for?
A Senior Customer Relationship Advisor to join our ambitious Customer Experience Team. You will be a highly organised customer service professional, an excellent resource planner, and be passionate about delivering a great service to social housing customers.
What skills and experience you will need
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a high-pressured omni-channel contact centre environment. We need someone with first-hand experience of delivering channel-shift initiatives and online services. You will have good knowledge of housing and the ability to support the team to deliver first-call resolution. You will be confident at performance management and improving poor performance.
How you will fill your days
You will support our team of Customer Relationship Advisors, providing coaching and delivering training. You will help us to achieve an excellent end-to-end experience for all Shepherds Bush Housing Group’s customers. Using leadership, innovation, and insight you will support the delivery of the company’s ambitious service improvement plan which includes 80% of calls answered within 25 seconds, 80% first-call resolution, and an increase of online transactions to 25%.
