Rossendale Borough Council is looking to appoint a highly driven, experienced Housing Manager to join the Economic Development Directorate within our Council.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering an evidenced based housing strategy and action plan for the borough, which will be underpinned by strong performance management by working corporately and in partnership.

The successful candidate will have experience of working at a senior level within a local authority housing service or the affordable housing sector; and detailed knowledge of functions around housing supply, need and quality, including s106 Agreements, as well as housing options, homelessness and domestic abuse.
