So, what’s this Head of Market Rent and Leasehold role all about then?

Our new Head of Market Rent and Leasehold will deliver all of the commercial management on our portfolio in this area of the business, one we expect to grow as we build more homes.

We need an expert with experience in residential and commercial properties along with an understanding of the available rent options on offer. You’ll also know the need for standout customer service in these areas, bringing to life the Homes & Places to be proud of, Customer Experience and Growth strategies. You’ll be working in housing development as leader or ready to step up with loads of knowledge on Market Rent and Leasehold development. If you’re looking to join a customer-focused, dynamic organisation that does something that matters, then maybe we’re made for each other.

With your commercial expertise, you’ll pave the way and develop the market rent and leasehold function, including lettings, shared ownership, resales, right to buy and right to acquire. You’ll provide confident, clear leadership and direction and make sure that we’re always improving. You’ll also help teams across the business work together by linking up with other leaders in the business. Ultimately, you’ll help us deliver excellent customer experience and value for money. You’ll be working in housing development as leader or ready to step up with loads of knowledge on Market Rent and Leasehold development.

The finer print

You’ll probably want to know we offer a salary of £67,671 plus £3,500 car allowance, 28 days annual leave plus public holidays, a generous pension scheme and plenty of other benefits.

This is an agile role, so you’ll need to travel to and within Yorkshire as required for the role (and have a valid driving licence and car for business use).

First stage interview dates are expected to be 29th June, via MS Teams. If we click, second stage interviews are expected to be in person in the Leeds area the following week.
