A FOOT IN THE DOOR WITH FUTURES
We’re on the hunt for a proactive Repairs & General Operatives Planner to join us on a Fixed Term Contract for maternity cover to manage the process of planning and scheduling of resources and materials. You’ll be joining Futures at an exciting time of change for the Group offering a wealth of opportunities to our employees.
You’ll be a relationship builder, working in partnership with General operatives and Management, Customer Services and the People Team to ensure the delivery of an efficient, effective and progressive repairs and maintenance services across the group.
You’ll use your skills and knowledge to recommend changes to the service implementing modern ways of working by ordering new products/technology and introducing processes to integrate these into the maintenance service.
You’ll coordinate the day-to-day activities of the General Team operatives, regularly reviewing resource requirements, approving holiday & absence requests and reacting to absence and personnel related concerns sensitively.
You’ll be no stranger to reporting to management on costs of repairs/planned programme budgets in your delivery of an optimum repairs service.
