Agency & Partnerships Officer (home based)
Home based with regular travel across all regions
We're recruiting an Agents & Partnership Officer to ensure third party organisations providing support and Housing Management on behalf of Clarion remain compliant with both Clarion's audit framework and the sector's requirements.
You'll help the group deliver strategic goals by ensuring all partner agents have an appropriate and up to date agreement in place. You'll implement Clarion's monitoring framework to ensure managing agents adhere with their Service Level Agreement or Management Contract. You'll manage and maintain a national database of information relating to the managing agents and local authority commissioners of service, ensuring this information is accurate and up to date at all times.
Other responsibilities include:-
Carrying out annual site audits and building inspections
Be the first point of contact in Clarion for the managing agents
Ensuring managing agents are clear about their obligations whilst working within our properties.
Ensure key stakeholders and teams within the business are continually updated with change
Liaising with internal teams to ensure managing agents are provided with compliance documentation and receive services they need.
Where Clarion is responsible for renewal and replacement items, ensure the process is managed effectively and in line with budgets.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Working knowledge of all aspects of housing management.
Previous audit experience
An understanding of statutory compliance, especially related to housing
Experience of working in a housing association
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
Brilliant communication skills
A positive can do approach
