With a broad and innovative set of services, encompassing everything from advisory services to strategy execution to data capture and analysis, their distinctive partnership-orientated approach is gaining traction at pace and with the largest players in social housing. Poised for growth, RESAM is now looking for someone to operate as a key part of their core leadership team to help them build the brand, evolve their model and grow the business. In particular, this person will use their deep understanding of the sector and of the challenges and opportunities facing its leaders today, to broker conversations and relationships with potential new clients.
RESAM would welcome interest in this role from people with a real passion for and knowledge of the social housing sector, and who bring a strong track record of shaping and delivering asset strategies for large, diverse and dispersed residential portfolios. The ideal person will understand and be excited by new and emerging approaches to asset management and bring a commercial mindset, with a core capability in securing and nurturing partnerships.
As a dynamic and modern business, RESAM are open to employing someone who would join them as a permanent full or part-time employee or Partner, but they would equally welcome conversations with people who would wish to operate as a retained contractor or undertake the role in another way. They would expect to negotiate a generous six figure package with a new employee, or an alternatively a competitive contracted rate.
RESAM has a flexible working policy, but the ideal person will enjoy spending time with the team in our London office. RESAM’s initial focus is on building the business in the South of England, so some travel will be expected across that region. The expectation is to grow the RESAM footprint across the rest of the UK within the next 2 years, so interest would also be welcomed from people with strong networks in the North and other parts of the UK.
