Cartrefi Caerffili, sef adran tai y Cyngor, yw un o'r landlordiaid cymdeithasol mwyaf yng Nghymru. Gyda thros 10,500 o gartrefi, yn ogystal â phortffolio o wasanaethau amrywiol sydd wedi'u cynllunio i fod o gymorth i'n tenantiaid, preswylwyr a chymunedau, rydyn ni wedi ymrwymo i archwilio cyfleoedd newydd ac arloesol i wella.

Byddwch chi'n goruchwylio ac yn arwain rhaglen tai feiddgar ac uchelgeisiol y Cyngor, gan gynnwys y strategaeth tai, tai'r sector cyhoeddus, tai'r sector preifat, atebion tai, gwasanaethau technegol, a'n cynlluniau adeiladu o'r newydd sydd ar y gweill.

Mae'r Cyngor hefyd wrthi'n cytuno ar Strategaeth Tai Lleol uchelgeisiol a rhaglen trawsnewid corfforaethol a fydd yn gyfle cyffrous i'r ymgeisydd iawn.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed Head of Housing to join ‘Team Caerphilly’ and help shape the future of our ambitious housing programme.

Caerphilly Homes, the council’s housing division, is one of the largest social landlords in Wales. With over 10,500 homes, in addition to a portfolio of diverse services designed to support our tenants, residents and communities, we are committed to exploring new and innovative opportunities to improve.

You will oversee and lead the council’s bold and ambitious housing programme including housing strategy, public sector housing, private sector housing, housing solutions, technical services and our emerging new build plans.

The council is also currently in the process of agreeing an ambitious Local Housing Strategy and corporate transformation programme which will present an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
