This role

We are recruiting for a Regional Head of Property who will be responsible for the delivery of property services in a specific region. You will work in collaboration with colleagues to ensure regional property needs are being promoted, planned and delivered to secure a good customer experience of the built environment.

You will act as the single point of escalation for property matters across MTVH within your region, ensure the delivery of property services in region offer demonstrable value for money and manage the complex relationships that exist though first class stakeholder management and customer engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Success in working in a senior property operational role in an organisation of similar size and complexity

• Expertise in contract management and providing effective client management of multi-year contracts

• Expertise in managing property assets in a public-sector or regulated environment

• Good knowledge of relevant property legislation, regulation and best practice

• Expertise in building effective teams and leading professional staff
