We're looking for two exceptional Customer Support Specialists to join our Customer Support team in Norwich on a fixed term basis.

What you'll be doing

This is a multiple case management role which requires you to confidently make decisions and deal with multiple customer interactions so you'll need excellent communication skills to liaise with various internal teams and external agencies. You'll need to participate in active learning and share knowledge to support us in driving continuous improvement to meet high levels of performance.

What we're looking for

Accuracy, attention to detail and being able to interpret guidance, legislation, regulation and leases are key skills and you must be able to work to a high standard in a busy, pressurised environment whilst managing your own time to complete a varied and challenging workload.

The nature of the teams work areas means that you'll need to have a flexible and adaptable approach to manage changing priorities as the business need determines. You'll need confidence to apply sound judgement and decision making skills to take ownership of you work areas and progress cases.

The team are still working from home for now, but in the future you'll enjoy a blend of home working, and being a part of your team in the office one or two days each week.
