Hexagon Housing Association is an expanding locally based organisation working primarily in South East London.  We provide over 4,500 homes and have an active and vibrant development programme, completing delivery of 100 new homes over the coming year.  When it comes to Development, we punch above our weight in a very competitive market.  We value our staff and have a culture of seeking out challenges and providing solutions.

Most staff members are currently working from home.  We are undertaking a full office refurbishment and plan to introduce hybrid working allowing staff the flexibility to work partly from home and partly from the office in SE26.

New Business Manager

Salary circa £66k p.a. (with opportunity to progress to £74k via performance related increases) plus Essential Car User Allowance

Reporting to the Head of Development & New Business, this is an important post in the organisation, leading on generating new business across a range of tenures including rented, shared ownership and outright sale. You will work closely with the Development and Sales Teams.

Financially astute with experience of working with financial models to appraise schemes and monitor progress, you will also have excellent communication skills, a high degree of drive and determination, and be able to provide leadership and direction.

You will need proven experience of securing land for affordable and private sale homes, securing planning consents and managing design led schemes from inception to contract stage
