We’re looking for an exceptional Fire Safety Contracts Manager who wants to drive service excellence through innovation and strives in a challenging dynamic environment. If you have a proven track record of contract managing and delivering major works in relation to Passive Fire Safety, fire door repair & replacement programmes, fire stopping and compartmentations, then a fabulous opportunity has arisen to join us as a Fire Safety Contracts Manager

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Deliver a rolling programme of Passive Fire Safety Works in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Ensure contracts and works are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner to agreed quality standards, value for money, statutory and regulatory legislation, health & safety compliance, ensuring high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage and supervise staff to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Undertake a range of property surveys, prepare specifications and schedule of works for tender.

What you'll need

You’ll have worked in a similar role as a Fire Safety Manager / Contracts Manager overseeing the delivery of Passive Fire Safety Works.

You’ll have experience of undertaking property surveys and specifying and tendering work.

You’ll have proven experience managing and delivering major works in relation to Passive Fire Safety Works, fire door repair & replacement programmes, fire stopping and compartmentation

You’ll possess excellent leadership qualities, managing the overall service delivery with contractors and internal Fire Safety Surveyors.

You’ll have excellent people management skills and the ability to lead, motivate and communicate at all levels.

You’ll also need to have a full UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
