Greenacre Recruitment is working exclusively with Enfield Council to source a permanent Investment & Resident Safety Programme Director, reporting into the Director of Housing & Regeneration.

Enfield is working to become the safest borough in London while investing in our Council Homes including progressing towards our commitment to retrofitting to meet the zero-carbon agenda.

The role is responsible for an £80m Capital Programme this year requiring solutions for a complex stock portfolio including substantial high-rise blocks of the development and delivery of a Housing Asset Strategy: Compliance Management & Building Safety.

The position will suit a dedicated and driven professional that can lead a team of technical experts, can work with and alongside members and residents to ensure that safety is at the top of the agenda and that quality housing standards and delivery are secured for our tenants and leaseholders.
