• Do you have experience of working in a community-based support role and up to date knowledge of best practice for the provision of housing relate support for vulnerable people?


• Are you able to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision?


• Do you have excellent interpersonal and customer skills?

We currently have a great opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join us on a permanent basis.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you have what it takes?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To succeed in your role as a Scheme Manager you will:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Manage all aspects of the scheme to ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, including support and housing management functions.


• Promote general and individual health, safety and security within the scheme, overseeing contractors on site ensuring quality of work is maintained.


• Line manage staff members ensuring that relevant procedures regarding performance are adhered to.


• Maintain accurate records and complete all relevant administrative tasks, working closely with internal and external professionals.


• Take ownership and responsibility to resolve issues, complaints and problems, remaining discreet in matters of a confidential nature.


• Have excellent communication skills along with a positive attitude and proactive approach.


• Be willing to attend meetings and other events outside of normal hours, when required.
