Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse seek to appoint a dynamic experienced manager to lead the Standing Together Housing Team.
Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse is a national charity bringing communities together to end domestic abuse. Standing Together pioneered this Coordinated Community Response (CCR) approach in the UK in 1996. The CCR is a multi-agency partnership model for keeping survivors safe and holding abusers to account. These agencies include the police, criminal justice partners, housing providers, local authorities, social services, healthcare workers, faith communities and charities.
The is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop the Standing Together Housing Team.
In this key role, as Housing Team Manager you will have Strategic oversight the housing teams these include Housing First, Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance and Whole Housing Approach. You will develop the business plan ensuring successful expansion of the all the housing business streams: Please see the Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse website for more information.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Knowledge of both the Housing and the Domestic Abuse sectors
- Project Management and business planning skills
- Extensive leadership and management experience at a Senior Level
- A creative and strategic approach to all aspects of your work
- The ability to inspire and motivate, and create high performing inclusive teams
Remote working whilst restrictions are in place, otherwise a combination of some travel to Standing Together’s Office
