Do you want to develop new skills, gain a qualification and build a career?

If you join us as an apprentice, you’ll help make a lasting difference to people’s lives at the heart of our teams. Working in one of our offices, you’ll learn key skills and begin an exciting career in housing with a supportive, fast-moving team that’s regenerating neighbourhoods and creating new communities. At the same time, we’ll fund your studies for a Level 3 qualification.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will learn how to provide a specialist front line service to our tenants and residents via telephone, web & email.

We’ll teach you how to:

  • Provide a consistently good quality service to our internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to tenancy related enquiries from the Hyde Group’s residents
  • Provide a front-line service to support the management
  • Work with other teams to provide a seamless service to residents
  • Carry out customer satisfaction reviews
  • Optimise the use of all IT

Minimum Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade C or above in Math’s & English

(if not, you are required to do the Functional skills alongside your course)

  • Not already holding a Level 3 qualification or above for this apprenticeship
