£33,500 to £62,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Flexible location, can be based from Newcastle Upon Tyne, Leeds or Farringdon, London

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as Lead Aftercare Manager, leading our national aftercare team to provide a seamless service for our customers following the purchase of their new home. This is an exciting time to join us, as we build the right homes in the right places for our customers. You’ll drive a strong customer led culture which ensures a positive brand for our Persona homes and enables us to achieve our aspiration of becoming a 5-star rated builder.
You’ll get involved in all of our new build projects from handover to the end of the defect’s liability period including outright sale and shared ownership under our Private Sales brand Persona and homes for rent under our Home Group brand. Your team will exceed customer expectations, achieve 90%+ satisfaction ratings and help to develop a positive brand image. You’ll lead your teams specialising in defect management and handover quality and customer communication and engagement, providing a reliable and responsive aftercare service to our customers. You’ll effectively manage external contractors and consultants with rigour, ensuring high standards of work and timely completion of defects and snags.
You’ll report to Steve, our Head of Marketing and Experience who is passionate about marketing and customer experience and has over 25 years’ experience in the field.

A bit about you
A brilliant leader and self-starter, you’ll have a strong technical background in defects and managing aftercare service delivery for newly built homes. You’ll have a fantastic working knowledge of NHBC, LABC, premier warranties, building regulations, defects and snagging. You’ll really impress us with your background in delivering high quality aftercare services for customers and driving continuous improvements in customer satisfaction.
