This role is currently based from home due to COVID 19 until further notice. Peabody plans to move to a hybrid model of working which means that once our office refurbishment has been completed, the role will be part office (Waterloo) and part home based with travel to other office locations as required.

Peabody Housing is a large housing and social care service provider throughout the Southeast of England. The company has been through mergers over the last several years and we are ambitious in regards to using data to inform and shape our services. The services span business and not-for-profit activities, and the data needed and generated can be vast. For this reason, we are amidst the roll-out of a new information management strategy. The strategy includes building a team of collaborative data quality leaders throughout the company.

Peabody is looking for a Data Quality Lead to fill this challenging role within our Care and Communities Directorate. This person will add significant value by helping us to continue to improve business processes and data products. This role sits primarily within Peabody’s Care and Support services working with approximately 10,000 people at any one time across London, Essex, and the South East. Our main aim, across all these services, is to offer people the right amount of support to help them live happy, fulfilled, and independent lives.

This role will be responsible for long-term process and solution development for assuring data quality, as well as for implementing small projects and solutions for correcting or taking necessary actions around data currently held (analysing, recommending/driving routes to correction or disposal, etc.). The data in this directorate includes that which is necessary for managing our staff, services, contracts, facilities, properties, and client relationships.
