Job Title: Repairs Surveyor – North East
Location: Homebased with frequent travel around the Durham, Teesside and surrounding North East region
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to 34k (depending on experience) plus a competitive car allowance
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours

About the role
You will be responsible delivery of a high-quality repairs service meeting the expectations from our residents. You will be responsible for managing the services across a wide geographic area acting as the eyes and ears for the property function. You will be involved in supporting Anchor Hanover Groups Operational colleagues and residents for all technical property related remedial issues.
About you
You will have a construction background with prior experience of repairs delivery, building pathology and building compliance, as well as experience of contractor management and budgetary management experience across multiple contracts / service providers.
You will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a core focus on the wellbeing of our residents.
You will be self-motivated with a flexible approach, can learn quickly and adopt best practice and take ownership of issues and drive through to conclusion. You will have knowledge of IT packages/applications to produce programmes reports, specifications and presentations containing complex data and information.
