Supported Housing Support Workers

Location: Across Tyneside and Northumberland (peripatetic role)
Permanent Full Time and Part Time hours available, Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and alternate weekends
£9.50 –£9.58 per hour and Sleep in shifts of £35.00, plus, brilliant benefits!

We’re looking for brilliant support workers to join our central resource team and work in all our Supported Accommodation services. You’ll support a various range of customers in a variety of types of service; from Young People, Mental health and Learning disabilities. You will support them into greater independence and to work towards their aspirations.

About you
You’ll be caring, flexible with your approach, good communicator and have experience of supporting vulnerable people. We’re committed to making the customers feel in control of the service we deliver so you will have an understanding of Person-centred support.
You’ll promote independence and ensure privacy, rights and dignity is always respected, our customers come from a diverse range of backgrounds and may have different beliefs to you, so you’ll be committed to delivering support in a non-discriminatory way.
