At Karbon we build, manage and look after almost 30,000 homes for over 70,000 people across the North. And then we go further, we give them the strong foundations they need to crack on with life. As a significant profit for purpose business, a key element of our success has been a Group Board that provides strong leadership and effective governance. In a Board member we look for someone who can bring strategic insight, experience of working at a senior level in a large complex and diverse business like ours, and who lives values that are in tune with our purpose.

We are now looking to appoint two new Board colleagues. For one of these two roles, we are looking for someone with a significant background in housing management operations.

For the other, we would like to hear from high quality candidates with senior and/or board-level experience across a range of businesses, in areas such as technology, customer service, health and social care. We are also interested in hearing from people who work in companies with a large regional presence in places where our homes are located.
