We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our fantastic Housing Partnership Team at an exciting time of growth, ensuring our properties across the South of England are well maintained and complaint. This role will be ideally suited to you if you have come from a property maintenance, repairs or compliance background.
You’ll be great at engaging and building positive relationships working alongside our fantastic managing agents and the properties that they look after for us. You’ll spend time travelling around the region to visit our properties and provide advice and support to our agents as and when they need it. You’ll also be gathering and monitoring information from our agents to help us make sure they are delivering a great housing management service to our brilliant customers, measuring performance and compliance.

Generally, you’ll be working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm, but here at Home Group we work flexibly, and the focus is on getting the job done and that means trusting each other.
It’s the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child’s school play, your partner’s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours!
A bit about you
You will be passionate about property and compliance, able to respond quickly and appropriately to emerging property and compliance risks and be passionate about ensuring our properties are being managed the best they can be. You’ll be great at managing ongoing positive stakeholder relationships, be confident in your decision making, and influence people at all levels. You’ll be a great time manager, be able to work on your own initiative and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
It would be amazing if you have worked in a property or housing management type role before. Don’t worry, we won’t drop you in the deep end, we’ll help to you understand how things work at Home Group!
Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment. You’ll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile. So, it's important to us that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!)
You’ll need a driving license and access to a car which is insured for business cover or prepared to use public transport as you’ll travel regularly around the region. Don’t worry we will provide expenses to cover this use
When you join, you’ll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done if you don’t have a transferrable one.
