Having the right property infrastructure that is well-managed and responsive is critical to our ability to deliver better life chances for young people. We are looking for a credible property professional who is serious about building safety, applies rigour when it comes to asset management, and is passionate about providing places that people are proud to call home.

You will have a strong track record in asset management gained in a social housing setting, and the ability to deliver excellence in both long-term planning and in leading a small hands-on property team.
