The Housing Options service at Barnet Homes works on the frontline of homelessness in Barnet, providing housing and homelessness advice to those in need in one of the most popular places to live in London.

We have a vacancy for a Domestic Violence and Sanctuary Scheme Coordinator. The role requires knowledge and experience working within the domestic abuse sector, as well as strong administrative, interpersonal and stakeholder liaison skills. This role is for someone with a real passion and commitment to helping victims of domestic abuse. It includes working in partnership with key agencies to provide targeted support for victims of domestic violence. Please refer to the job description for more information about the role.

We are looking for applicants who have experience of working with adults and children affected by domestic abuse that are preferably trained as an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate or are in the process of doing so.  Being able to build relationships and engage with partners to deliver excellent services is essential to the role as well as being able to administer referrals on time.
