This role

As People Advisor you will be providing proactive support to managers in all areas of Human Resources and the full employee life cycle. You will coach new and existing managers on HR processes and policies enabling them to lead their team confidently and effectively.

Ultimately you will be the HR expert for Development providing clear first line advice on HR policy and processes to managers and colleagues. Therefore, you will be great at relationship building at all levels of the organisation, a proactive problem-solver and can tailor advice to offer best practice solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

This is an opportunity for an individual looking for autonomy in their role and the prospect of developing their business partnering skills!

To be successful you will have experience working in a similar advisory role, the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge of current UK employment legislation, and HR best practice with experience of advising colleagues and managers on HR policy and procedure. You will also be a confident person who is able to communicate in a tactful, courteous, and diplomatic manner to people at all levels.

Previous experience of creating recruitment campaigns would be an advantage

As this is a 6 month contract you will be able to immediately become a contributing member of our team.
