As a Neighbourhood Team Leader you will:

  • Have a commitment to great customer service delivery
  • Manage a team of Neighbourhood Officers and a caretaker
  • Be the lead Officer for tenancy and estate management in our Housing Service
  • Contribute to the achievement of housing targets across all service standards and objectives

You will have:

  • Experience of housing management and of managing a small team
  • Up-to-date knowledge and expertise of housing management
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An ability to work in partnership with other agencies
  • A flexible approach
