We are looking for passionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our flexible Bank staff (zero hours contract) in Saffron Walden and Epping. Experience in the following client groups is preferred, however, this is not essential:
- Learning Disability - Care
- Some services have a secondary disability - Physical
Our staff should be reliable, flexible, motivational and have excellent values. They should be able to demonstrate that they are committed to providing outstanding support services to vulnerable adults. A clear understanding of Safeguarding is essential. Training and support provided. You should be positive, caring and focused on encouraging choice, self-worth and assisting our customers to get out and about enjoying themselves in the local community. If you want to make a difference to someone in your community, support them to achieve their potential and help them enjoy life, then we want to hear from you.

An example of the shifts you may cover; 7am - 2.30pm, 2.30pm - 10pm and 10pm - 7am (sleep in/wake nights).
In return we offer:
- £9.50 per hour
- Sleep-in payments £73.89 per night (as applicable)

Due to our locations, it is essential that drivers have their own mode of transport.
