Job Details

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Female Care Support Workers to join our flexible Bank staff (zero hours contract) in Clacton and Wivenhoe. Experience in the following client groups is preferred, however, this is not essential:

  • Learning Disability - Care

Our staff should be reliable, flexible, motivational and have excellent values. They should be able to demonstrate that they are committed to providing outstanding support services to vulnerable adults. A clear understanding of Safeguarding is essential. Training and support provided. You should be positive, caring and focused on encouraging choice, self-worth and assisting our customers to get out and about enjoying themselves in the local community. If you want to make a difference to someone in your community, support them to achieve their potential and help them enjoy life, then we want to hear from you.

If you are passionate about people and up for a new challenge, we are keen to hear from you. We offer a full training package and a thorough induction, no experience necessary just a kind heart. 

An example of the shifts you may cover; 7am - 2.30pm, 2.30pm - 10pm and 10pm - 7am (wake nights)

Due to our locations drivers are required for these roles with their own mode of transport. 

In return we offer:
