The Barnet Group is currently seeking to recruit a Housing Officer to join the Housing Management Team to assist in providing an excellent service to our customers.
Within the Housing Management Service, your role will be to ensure that services provided to customers and colleagues is of a high quality and supports customer and operational priorities.
You will report to the Neighbourhood Housing Manager and, as part of the Housing Management Service, you will provide a high quality first point of contact for our internal and external customers on a broad range of housing management enquiries. You will be required to work Monday to Friday to support the service.
We are seeking someone who has excellent communication skills with experience of working in a customer focused environment.
Whilst awareness of the social housing sector would be an advantage, it is not essential as training will be provided. Most important of all we are seeking someone with real enthusiasm, a team player who is both well organised, able to think on their feet and has excellent people skills.

Currently the Housing Management service is located at Bristol Avenue Colindale.
Package: You will receive a Flexible benefit allowance of 5% of your base salary. Flexible benefits are hosted by AON and will allow you to choose from a variety of benefits.
