Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) Stock Condition & Sustainability Manager, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £35,789 to £39,483 per annum.
If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Asset Investment Team at CCHA.
As a Stock Condition & Sustainability Manager you will provide a first class Asset Management Service through the collation and management of survey and completed works data. Committed to continual improvement, specifically ensuring our homes are energy efficient and affordable places to live we require an experienced professional with an interest in sustainability and knowledge of the energy performance criteria of domestic buildings who also understands the issues surrounding fuel poverty.
CCHA owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire.
