We are a charitable, registered provider of Housing that have been supporting the local community including those experiencing homelessness for the past 50 years.
The main purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of development schemes, ensuring revenue, quality and time targets and standards are met. As part of your role, you will be required to identify opportunities for land and property purchase, including undertaking scheme appraisals and assisting the team in managing a caseload of schemes from inception to completion.
To ensure BCHA have sufficient high quality properties for our customers to reside. Always ensure we negotiate the most competitive rates with providers, taking into account market conditions and the needs of Service / Customers.
You will be knowledgeable of the housing industry and have a good understanding of the development processes and regulation. You will have proven experience of managing projects and working to tight deadlines. You will also possess excellent communication skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and third parties.
DBS checks are required for roles where you will be working with or have lone contact with Vulnerable Adults and Children.
