We currently have a great opportunity for a Caretaker to join us on a permanent basis.


Do you have what it takes?


To succeed in your role as a Caretaker you will:

  • Keep serviced Catalyst estates and blocks clean & tidy, graffiti and litter free, in accordance with local cleaning and maintenance schedules.

  • Report equipment defects, vandalism and graffiti, and all communal repairs to the appropriate colleague or contractor.

  • Adhere to company H&S procedures and guidelines and report any potential hazards, making safe where appropriate.

  • Be personal, proactive and professional and able to demonstrate full commitment to exceptional customer care and service in all activities.

  • Work with colleagues in tackling anti-social behaviour on Catalyst estates.

  • Be flexible and able to deal with out of hours emergencies as appropriate.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable however on the job training will be provided

This role is subject to a basic DBS check and will require a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
