YMCA Thames Gateway is recruiting a Resident Engagement Co-Ordinator to join our progressive Housing Team in Romford. We are looking for a committed, self-motivated and organised person who will source and deliver a wide range of projects and programmes for our residents, to help them on their journey of personal development.

You will focus on sourcing relevant employment, education and training courses, alongside life skills and wellbeing programmes, to prepare residents for successful independent living. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a residential setting with socially excluded young people and knowledge of the issues they face.

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Sunday, including evenings and Bank Holidays 
  • Contract Type: Permanent
