We're looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team based in our Manchester offices on a 12 month contract to support the delivery of our rapidly expanding pipeline of new homes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience from a similar role who can hit the ground running. This is a busy, varied role where you'll develop and deliver marketing campaigns across online and offline channels with lots of opportunity to help develop and shape marketing at Clarion.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsibility for the successful marketing of your own developments within the group pipeline

  • Quality lead generation to deliver 100% off-plan sales for our new build developments

  • Supporting the Regional Marketing Manager and wider team on marketing strategy and delivery

  • Works collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders including creative agencies and suppliers

  • Brand development and implementation and acts as brand guardian

  • On site presence such as signage, wayfinding, marketing suites and show homes

  • Strategy reporting and campaign/agency briefs

  • Day to day content marketing for advertising, websites and portals

  • Delivery of all required development collateral including sales brochures

What you'll need

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of supporting marketing campaigns in a property field. We are also open to hearing from you if you have experience of working with developers, house builders, consultants, and agents.

You'll be familiar with the full marketing mix and comfortable leading and managing your own projects. It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail and strong communication and time management skills.
