Plus, brilliant benefits!
Enabling our customers to live safely. That’s when it hits home!
Some of our customers can have extremely complex needs, which may not have been diagnosed yet. Colleagues identify and manage risk to ensure customers get the right support they need to move on successfully living independently in the community.
Our customers live in a supported living accommodation which consists of 19 self-contained flats in Handsworth, Birmingham. We support our customers with housing, benefits/finance, meaningful use of time, health and wellbeing and any other support needs identified by the customer.
As our Housing Concierge you’ll play a really important role in supporting the smooth running of our service. You’ll make sure that our buildings and customers are safe and secure, and that we get on with our neighbours! You’ll support our customers to live their day to day lives as independently as possible. The team will tell you that no two days are ever the same because everything we do is “person centred” around our customers. Like our team, we’re sure you’ll find the role ever so rewarding.
You’ll get involved in lots of different activities which will include monitoring CCTV, regularly patrolling the premises, light cleaning duties, monitoring visitors to and from the building and ensuring tenancy conditions and service rules are adhered to. You’ll also be our first point of contact for customers during the night and at times we’ll also need you to do some general cleaning duties too.
