Peabody have an exciting opportunity for Bank Care Support Workers to join our team based in Saffron Walden and Epping. In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £9.50 per hour.
Due to our locations, it is essential that drivers have their own mode of transport.
An example of the shifts you may cover; 7am - 2.30pm, 2.30pm - 10pm and 10pm - 7am (sleep in/wake nights).

What we’re looking for in our Bank Care Support Workers:
Experience in the following client groups is preferred, however, this is not essential:
- Learning Disability - Care
- Some services have a secondary disability - Physical
Our staff should be reliable, flexible, motivational and have excellent values. They should be able to demonstrate that they are committed to providing outstanding support services to vulnerable adults. A clear understanding of Safeguarding is essential. Training and support provided. You should be positive, caring and focused on encouraging choice, self-worth and assisting our customers to get out and about enjoying themselves in the local community.
