Brilliant outcomes through integrated health, housing and care. That’s when it hits home.
Be part of something brilliant at Home Group, where clinical interventions work hand in hand with daily care and support.  We’re delivering brilliant long-term outcomes for people who have complex support needs through integrating health, housing and care.
As Regional Clinician in our Transforming Care team, you’ll provide a specialist psychology service to our customers across the North region equipping our frontline operational teams to deliver support that enables our customers to live a fulfilling life in their own home within the local community.  You’ll be supporting our customers who have complex support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, a diagnosis of mental health conditions, personality disorders, communication differences, alongside ongoing physical health conditions. They may also have a forensic background and support needs related to their behaviour.
This is an exciting, brand new role which you’ll really get to shape and make your own!  As our Psychology specialist you’ll be leading on psychological assessments, formulations and interventions, working collaboratively with our customers, their families, clinical and operational colleagues across the region.  You’ll use your experience and brilliant skills to ensure all practice is psychologically informed and person led, providing clinical advice to your colleagues on the day to day support required and maintaining a healthy psychological environment.  You’ll advance colleagues’ knowledge and practice on psychological care and wellbeing, enabling support to be delivered which ensures safety, promotes recovery, and maximises independence.  You’ll also contribute to the development and embedding of new interventions and practices aligned to our LIFE support practice model (Living Independently and Feeling Enabled).
