We are now looking for a highly capable and professionally accomplished individual to become our new Executive Director of Care. This is a vital leadership role in our organisation; one that demands a versatile and proven array of personal and professional attributes.

You’ll be an extensively experienced care practitioner, who can seamlessly manage the interface between strategic priorities and operational delivery. You’ll ensure that our resources are effectively aligned to best meet the needs of our customers, and that sound quality assurance methodologies support high quality care. It’s important that you can facilitate an integrated approach between our housing and care services, tailoring provision to meet our residents’ needs. And we expect that you will have expert and up-to-date knowledge of registered care services and the CQC and Adult Social Care policy framework.
